All items are made to order and handcrafted with care. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

Because each item is made to order, processing times may vary depending on order volume, customization requests, and material availability. If a selected fabric is not currently in stock, additional time may be needed to source materials. You will be contacted promptly if this affects your order timeline.

Custom and personalized orders, including adjusted sizing, may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage as the standard unless customer chooses another option at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days (domestic)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays, weather, or high shipping volume periods (such as holidays).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Select items or promotions may include free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the product listing.

Domestic & International Shipping

At this time, shipping is available within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, rates and delivery timeframes will vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the package has been scanned by the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for delivery, especially during peak seasons. If your package appears lost, please contact me and I will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Refunds will not include original shipping costs.
